Small steps to exercise more

This is a small selection from our exercise - when you lack time range. We have many many more for you to select from
  • When you stand up: Do a few star-jumps
  • When you make coffee: Jog on the spot
  • When you park the car: Park as far away as you can and walk
  • When you have to go up a floor: Take the stairs not the elevator 
  • When you are sat down: Make a point to stand up every 30 min 
  • When you wake up: Do 10 press ups before your brain starts
